Les Petites Etoiles is a bilingual nursery school in the vicinity of the new French school in Kentish Town. It has been created to respond to a high demand for bilingual education in the area.

Les Petites Etoiles accepts children between the ages of 2 and 5. The nursery school is open for 47 weeks a year from 8am to 6pm.

Our Bilingual Programme
The syllabus will simultaneously prepare children for entry into either the “Grande section” of the French educational system or Reception class of the English educational system.

Our programme will follow both the Early Years foundation Stage (EYFS) in English and the French curriculum in French. Half the lessons will be taught by a team of qualified French staff including a “ Professeur des Ecoles”, whilst the remaining lessons will be taught by a qualified English educational staff led by our nursery manager Wendy Duncan. We aim to have a balanced intake, with at least half the children coming from French or bilingual families. We will also welcome children from non-French families.

Situated in Tufnell Park, Les Petites Etoiles is close to Kentish Town and the new Collège Français Bilingue de Londres. Its proximity to three great parks including Hampstead Heath enable fantastic opportunities for outings and for the children to explore their surroundings.
